Catering and hospitality recruitment firm donates hundreds of chocolate advent calendars to local foodbank

Ahead of the main festive season, a leading recruitment firm which specialises in talent for the catering and hospitality sectors has donated over 200 chocolate advent calendars to a local foodbank.

Staff at jobs specialist Pineapple Recruitment have donated the advent calendars to Worcester Foodbank to help families with young children enjoy Christmas that bit more this year.

Kasia Krieger, Director at Pineapple Recruitment said: “Through our partnership with Worcester Foodbank we are delighted to be playing our part this Christmas, just as we did last Easter. 

“We don’t want any children to go without and everyone at Pineapple Recruitment wants to ensure that parents who are using the foodbank in Worcester this Christmas can easily get hold of an advent calendar or other chocolate treats this year.

“It’s also brilliant as the foodbank offers so many other food products which can help across the festive season.”
