On 5 March 2025, Teknomek will be hosting a FREE Expert Partner Webinar for customers and colleagues operating in the food production and processing sectors.  Presented by returning expert Nic Sharman, the 45 minute webinar will focus on barrier management between high and low risk hygienic zones, identifying gaps that can put operations at risk and how to optimise factory flow.

•           definitions and differences between ‘High Care’ and ‘High Risk’ zones

She has global experience as a food safety and integrity auditor across all food and beverage categories. Nic established Nic Sharman Consultancy Ltd in 2020 and Cibus Solutions Ltd in 2023, conducting audits for retailers or manufacturer supply chains in the food and beverage industry.

Michelle Locke is product and marketing manager at Teknomek. “Creating and maintaining a protective barrier between high-care/high-risk areas and low-risk areas is critical in food production. Whilst robust controls are essential, food manufacturing professionals should not underestimate the role of people, ingredients and furniture in managing food safety risks.  Teknomek is committed to providing customers with everything they need to remain audit ready, every day and this doesn’t just mean supplying hygienic furniture and equipment. We invited Nic Sharman to deliver this webinar because she’s one of our industry’s leading experts in this area and will provide participants with information and advice that offers genuine value.”

The Teknomek webinar is free to attend but places are limited.  Places can be booked here.
